Starbucks - Plymouth

The wait time in the drive thru is HORRID. I got stuck in line where i could not back out or pull forward for 20 minutes ! i try to avoid this location because it's always incredibly slow

Love the pumpkin scones,lemon pound cake the pumpkin bread. Also crazy about the Strawberry funnel cake Frappacino. Can't wait for it to come back next year. Now I'm hooked on the Caramel Frappacino. Hope they have something gingerbread for Xmas.

This store used to be great but they’re getting slower and slower and they’re getting rid of great people! They’re going downhill!

The Dairy Queen in Plymouth, located inside Walmart, has an amazing staff that works hard and efficiently. They really know how to get things done! Their frappuccinos are absolutely delicious!

The next day, I returned hoping to use the voucher, only to be told that it had already been used. This was completely unexpected, and it left me feeling frustrated, especially since I was initially told it could only be used for a drink. To make matters worse, I was turned away without any apologies, even though I had already placed and paid for my birthday meal. Honesty and integrity are very important to me when it comes to where I choose to spend my money. Based on this experience, I will be reconsidering my patronage not only of this restaurant but the entire chain. This isn't a significant loss for me, as I'm not overly attached to their offerings.
