Chick-fil-a - PLYMOUTH MEETING

The food we received at Chick-fil-A was just as delicious as usual. However, we faced some issues during our visit. Despite waiting for 10 minutes, we were informed that it would take another 15 to 20 minutes for our Mac and cheese. As we didn't have the time to wait, they offered us a large fry instead. Unfortunately, they also forgot to include the 6-pack of cookies, the gluten-free bun for my wife's chicken sandwich, and the two orders of fruit for our kids. By the time we reached our hotel, it was too late to return for the missing items. What we had hoped would be a quick and enjoyable meal for our family turned out to be a disappointing experience overall. We also had dietary restrictions that were not accommodated as they forgot our gluten-free bun.

The staff at this restaurant is fantastic and the food is always fresh.

Very slow service and they still use styrofoam cups.

This crew works fast and gets the order right the first time. Not as expensive as other fast food places. Great place for a quick bite.
