Čarolija - Podgorica

The food was good. The only thing that wasn't up to standards was service. The waiter took way too long to bring utensils, making our crepes cold.

Great decor and very charming place with plenty of cakes The woman who spoke to us was Serbian and she was really kind Cakes are delicious as well

The best cafe in Podgorica. I love everything about this place. The only disadvantage is that it is always very busy. Staff speak English and the service is fast.

I was pretty confused as im not a fan of cakes with fruits how woderful Moskva cake is! Especially a Moskva pancake...Thats insane. Really light, full of strawberies and cream makes this pastry really tasty. Also, their Milka cake is my favourite. Crispy, full of chocolate. I think they are the only place in Podgorica that serve Thai ice cream, a really good one! I also like how they think about their interior detailing. For every occasion (NY, Christmas, 8th March, etc... they change their interior themes! Would maybe recommend to think about refurbishing outisde of the terrace.
