A restaurant where the decor is not extraordinary, a sad setting at the entrance of the city. Prices are cheap but nothing crazy quality. A guy (maybe the boss) just tried to sell you a boat trip damages it spoils everything. Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 2
