The service was lacking; I had to wait 30 minutes for my meal, and the fries were overcooked.

The online ordering service is quite inconvenient. After placing an order for pickup, you still have to go inside to receive a bill before your food is served, as orders are not pre-packaged. Additionally, the store often appears to be understaffed, leading to frustration and agitation among both customers and employees. Overall, it was a disappointing experience.

As we all should, I patiently waited in line to be served and noticed nothing wrong during my experience. While living abroad, I learned the value of patience and understanding, and I believe we can apply the same mindset here in T&T. It's important to put ourselves in others' shoes before we decide to complain.

The restaurant had no condiments available, no seating options for eating on-site, and the cashier's attitude was unpleasant.

Very disappointing experience. At 10:30 PM, after waiting and asking multiple times about whether more chicken would be available, we were simply ignored. It was frustrating to see the staff cleaning up when the restaurant is supposed to be open until midnight. A straightforward yes or no would have been helpful, allowing us to head to the street vendors instead.
