Jersey Mike's Subs - Point Pleasant

In the past 2 months, I have ordered from this restaurant 3 times – twice online and once in person. Unfortunately, each time I ordered a chicken cheesesteak, I received beef instead. Hoping for a different outcome, I went into the store today, but once again, my order was incorrect. When I called to complain, the employee told me that I should have been more specific. Despite repeating my order to his coworker, my request was still not fulfilled. To add insult to injury, my total came out to $17.01, and when I asked to grab a penny from my car, the employee refused and only gave me back $0.99. I left the remaining 4 pennies for the next customer. I regret not going to Colonial Market instead, where I could have gotten more food for a lower price. Additionally, they have a penny dish for convenience.

I'm sorry to say that the bread at this restaurant is not fresh daily. When I ordered the turkey sub with number seven, the bread I received was two days old and very stale.

Decided to try this place out . Wow! First time at a Jersey Mike’s. Definitely won’t be the last! Sandwiches were packed and the oil vinegar mix they put on is a perfect topper! Can’t say enough about our experience. So glad we decided to stop by on our trip to Point Pleasant Thankyou store #1012 ?

I arrived early to watch my sub being made and noticed that the meat looked of poor quality as it was sliced. The sub was filled with Provolone, ham, prosciuttini, cappacuolo, salami, and pepperoni, but unfortunately, I could only taste lettuce and red wine vinegar. The sub lacked flavor and I was disappointed with the overall taste. I have had better experiences with their hot subs in the past, but I still prefer making my own sandwiches with quality ingredients. I would recommend avoiding the cold subs at this restaurant.
