We were here three times and love it. the rooms are large and comfortable and equipped with everything they need, and because there are so few rooms, half the time it feels like they have the place to themselves. the service is excellent: the personal smiles and receives no matter what they need; the pre-dinner cocktails are a nice note; and we were very impressed when we came back from the breakfast to find our room, was already done at half an hour or so that we were gone. the only improvement I can think of is if the restaurant had a separate lunch menu. we like to spend a day simply enjoying the place and doing nothing much; relax on the pool, have massages, go nowhere; and that means both lunch and dinner in the restaurant. if it is the same menu and a minimum of two cures each time, it can be a bit much. that said eating is excellent and I have the lack of a light lunch menu at the moment when I tasted my scallop starter for relaxation and enjoying it will not be much better than that.

The accommodation at this hotel was perfect for a romantic getaway. We were greeted with a free bottle of wine upon arrival and treated to a complimentary cocktail the next evening. The room was cozy and had a cheap mini bar, wood fire air conditioning, a king size bed, and a luxurious spa. The location was convenient, close to all the attractions in the Hunter Valley. The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and competent. The restaurant had attentive staff, great food at affordable prices, and we especially enjoyed the complimentary breakfast and dinner. I will definitely be returning to this hotel in the future - it could become my go-to spot in the Hunter Valley.

We had a wonderful experience at this restaurant. The staff was very friendly and made us feel extremely welcome. Before our reservation, we enjoyed some drinks by the fire which were very enjoyable. We opted for the three-course meal priced at $130 per person, but decided to also indulge in the 800g rib eye for an additional $100. Although the wait for our food was quite long and we ended up eating very late, the staff kindly brought us some complimentary snacks to tide us over. When the rib eye finally arrived, it was absolutely delicious and we even complimented the chef on their excellent cooking. Although the wine list was on the pricier side, overall it was a great experience with lovely staff. I would recommend this restaurant for a special dinner in the Hunter Valley.

I recently dined at a beautiful restaurant with stunning views. The three-course vegan lunch was outstanding, with two options for each course. Every bite was bursting with delicious flavors and freshness. The staff was friendly and attentive. I can't wait to return to try out the dinner menu and have lunch there again.
