Pizza Hut - Pomeroy

Yesterday evening, our group of 11 had an amazing experience. The food and service provided were the best we've ever encountered at a pizza place or any restaurant for that matter. Thank you for making our already wonderful night even more enjoyable, from the parents to the track members of Ritchie County Middle School… Truly a memorable evening!

Instead of simply turning us away when we arrived, this wonderful team chose to accommodate our large group of energetic middle school boys who had just wrapped up a long five-hour meeting and needed to eat before our two-hour drive home. The waitstaff was incredibly friendly, the food was served quickly and was delicious, and they continually refilled our orders without any complaints about our noise or how long we lingered. If we ever have the opportunity to do this again, we would be more than happy to return to this restaurant. Thank you for your hospitality!

I called in a takeout order, and Sam was incredibly friendly, guiding me through all the choices. I picked up my pizza and added a chocolate chip cookie for Kevin because he wanted one.

Great service that we drove from level/atten to get pizza hut, and we were very impressed and satisfied with customer service and food

Although everything is shut down due to covid and buffet is a no go took my 7 year old for her first dine in at Pizza hut nonetheless and had a great experience the staff were super friendly and very willing to assist with the smallest of things. The store was very clean and social distancing measures were well above standards. Thanks pizza hut for the great experience we shall drive again from athens.
