Jersey Mike's Subs - Pomona

I just picked up my mobile order. My sandwich didn't haven't bacon nor was it the right bread. I tried to call but no one picked up. I'm upset with the lack of service.

Tall dude w long hair was rude as hell. Added ingredients before even asking what I wanted and blamed it on policy. It's not policy to put things I DONT want on my sub, then to be an ass about it. Work on your customer service

Love the service I received at this location!!! Jose and Isa were working they helped me decide which sandwich to get I wanted to try something new. Let me say I LOVED the sandwich they made for me!!! Thanks guys!!!!

Great service and constantly good quality food at all locations thus far.

By far the most bland roast beef sandwich I've ever had. Bland cheese, bland meat, and bland bread. I can get better quality out of a lunchable at a fraction of the price. 0/10, save your money.
