My favourite toms location. Let me tell you that not all locations are created equal. This is one of the good ones.

Big portions and reasonable prices great place to eat.

If you’re looking for a great breakfast burrito this is the place to go. I’m big on ratio of potatoes to eggs and a good amount of bacon without having to order extra bacon. Their salsa is great too!

When my husband arrived to pick up the order and mentioned it was under his name, Ty, who had answered the phone, just let him stand there without saying anything. After a few minutes, he finally returned. My husband pointed out that he should try to be a bit less rude. Since my husband has worked in a restaurant for the last 14 years, he understands that people can have tough days, but it’s still not acceptable to treat customers this way. Ty then asked my husband if he could speak English. My husband replied that he could, but he preferred to communicate in Spanish. Ty responded dismissively, saying he didn't care what language my husband felt comfortable with. I understand that everyone has bad days, and I’ve never left a negative review before, but this time I truly felt that this employee was unprofessional. To make matters worse, we ended up receiving the wrong order. I plan to speak with a supervisor in person tomorrow because Ty mentioned that my bad review wouldn’t be the first and that he didn’t care. I don’t think it’s right for employees to behave this way, especially if they’re receiving complaints or bad reviews about their conduct.
