Cerere - Ponte in valtellina

I didn't remember the beautiful interior of the historic building. Moreover as you can remember things after almost sixty years from the last visit!!!! When I get back here, I have to find new places. In the various pilgrimages in Valtellina, I missed the restaurant Cerere and yesterday I managed to fill the gap. They made me sit outside on the terrace with a really interesting panoramic view. I'm an estimator of the skits and the lace and since they were on the list, I took advantage of it. Overall everything remained in normality and pleasantness, although with a greater commitment from the cook the result would be better. Excellent wine Valtellina together that also with its 13 degrees and the year 2010 is a wine from all meal, drink and at fresh temperature as I like (I prefer red and in summer I want it at cellar temperature. Excellent semi-cold chestnuts. In a location like this you can and you have to do more. This is a personal observation and I hope it is understood only as a positive criticism. Next time...
