Barbara Jean's - Ponte Vedra Beach

Always try to meet Barbara Jeans while visiting my daughter and granddaughter in Ponte Vedra. The seafood is always fresh and tasty. I like the Coastal Platter, which is a crab cake, buttermilk fried shrimps and fish. Good stuff. We usually dine on the deck over the Intercoastal Waterway.

The bread selection was delicious. Our meal portion size was crazy big. Had the coastal platter and shared. Their grits are so yummy and tasty. Crab Cakes also so good. Coconut shrimp were large and so tasty good. Enjoy the pumpkin bread with butter. This place is right on water so beautiful.

Bread to start is absolutely delicious. Service was great too. Main dishes are a little average but great value for the price. The peach cobbler was amazing! Definitely a must try.

Fantastic! Every time we're in the area we make it a point to stop. Best home cooked food beside my southern mother- in- law's. I love the pumpkin bread. Husband loves the rolls. We've never eaten anything here that we didn't love.

My entire experience was completely satisfying. Great outside seating and the two dinners ordered were simply delicious. I had the NY Strip n shrimp, my wife had the crab cake dinner. The breads in the basket were delicious as well. The staff was outstanding. Highly recommend stopping here for great meal and atmosphere.
