Tijuana Flats - Ponte Vedra Beach

Incredibly dissapointed with this location..Our experience was less than desirable as some one else picked up our order by accident. I can appreciate things happen and need to be rectified. The staff was willing to redo our order. I would have expected a sincere apology or acknowledgment of the misshap, but it appears that is not how they run business. The best part is we got it home, the portion sizes were so small, one meal was eferred to as a dog treat . Customer service will always be the differentiator, and in this case it was simply a complete let down for us. I would recomend cusomer service training for the entire location.

This used to be a favorite place of mine, but since management changed things have declined. The chips are stale sometimes and the service is not as fast nor as courteous as it used to be.
