Yobe Nocatee - Ponte Vedra Beach

The restaurant had a noticeable odor that resembled trash. The floor was sticky, and three machines were out of order. However, the girl at the counter was very kind.

Yoghurt was good, but the bathroom has made the last few scenic we have gone. I think the whole place needs a deep cleanliness. I'll make sure the yogurt is made and the toppings are prepared. is it clean and sanitary?

Not sure if this is new ownership or what, but it was bad all around today. The floors were extremely sticky and the yogurt tasted so bland and nearly all the same. More importantly though, the lady working the register was just plain rude. She scolded several customers about using a broken machine that no one knew was broken....until she yelled and demeaned them. Several of them just left and I don't blame them. She also was eating her dinner behind the register while working which didn't seem right to me. This is the only local froyo place and we've enjoyed it for a while, but we’re not going again. Off to Sweet Frog in the Jax TC!

She reprimanded several customers for using a broken machine that no one knew was out of order until she yelled at them. A few customers left, and I can't say I blame them. Additionally, she was eating her dinner while working behind the register, which didn't seem appropriate. This has been our local frozen yogurt spot for a while, but after today, we won’t be returning. We're heading to Sweet Frog in the Jax Town Center instead!

Always love a great yobe treat. Great little store the girl up front was very sweet and personable.
