Bidra med feedbackThis is the second local Dunkin' we've had issues with. We've been there three times this past month, and each time, my daughter received the wrong drink. We had to go back through the drive-thru every single time, which took a long while. Today was our third and final visit. They clearly gave us the wrong drink again, and when we asked for a replacement at the window, they took our drink, removed the sticker, and added vanilla. It was terrible, as we expected. Good customer service shouldn't be difficult, so I'm not sure why two locations can't get it right. We're done with Dunkin' for good.
Ask for a big cup of ice and was delivered a small cup of ice, I said the dame, I was looking for a big one she got a really bad attitude then gave me a big one when I started my quitting her charging me a dollar, so she planned to me a small cup of ice that I paid a dollar for a big one!
This morning we were there and the staff at the loudspeaker made my day. he was super friendly and had only a nice welcoming vote. I had super fast service and everyone was friendly.
They have visited this location no less than 300 times. the staff is always very friendly and the orders are very accurate. if something is not correct, they have always done it right now. highly recommended!
Just had a delicious cup of coffee! It was so good, I got hooked snd had to have one every day since! I'm a Dunkin's Decaf, Carmel, Light Sweet Girl!!!
