Trini Carmen's Mexican - Pontiac

Popular for years. This last time was the first time in a few years because we moved. Ananas Margarita was great! Portions are decent, price not bad, service is good.

When we lived in,Oakland County, we went to Trini and Carmen's for well over 40 years and just took them for granted. Always great. Where we now live, in SW Michigan, all the Mexican restaurants that we've gone to are horrible. I was back on business and went to Trini and Carmen's with a client and he raved about them. It isn't just me. They are delicious. The ambiance my be a little thread bare, but so what!

I’ve been going to Trini’s ever since I was a wee little lad and they never disappoint. They consistently have the best chips salsa and nachos, not to mention their prices are great for what you get as well. Always a 5 star experience :

Came in to get a carryout. Bartender was very courteous and made sure I was greeted when I came in. He also offered me a menu and a glass of water while waiting. I decided on a nacho and the bartender was helpful in my options. The food was ready very swift and looks scrumptious! Piping hot and ready to eat. Will come back again.

It's gotten pricey. 1 Nacho Supreme, 2 large hot sauces and a bag of chips and the bill was $38.?? (told her to keep the change) plus I gave $3.00 tip. Total bill $43.00
