Jimmy John's - Pooler

Today was our first visit, and my husband and I were very pleased. The staff was incredibly polite, patient, and professional. The franchise owner greeted us as soon as we entered, took the time to explain the menu, and helped us with our order. Such a nice touch! The restaurant was also very clean and filled with amusing decorations. The sandwiches were made with fresh, delicious vegetables and deli meats—absolutely no complaints. I would definitely recommend this restaurant to friends and family. I wish I had taken a picture of the food, but it was so tasty that we finished it quickly. We will definitely return with the family.

I will definitely return to this restaurant. The service was impressively quick and a bit quirky. The atmosphere was relaxed, and there was even some offbeat comedy! I tried the Italian nightclub sandwich on French bread. I also received some complimentary items, but I won't go into that. The place was very clean, and I think everyone should give it a try. The sandwiches are available in sizes of 8 and 16 instead of the usual 6 and 12, making the prices comparable, if not lower, than other well-known sub shops.

I had a great sandwich, and I believe the person who served me was the owner. He was very friendly, and the sandwich was incredible!

Extremely fast when leaving the subs. Was actually amazed when the cashier handed over the sub before I sit down. I was also surprised by the customer service. Hello and goodbye, and they even came to our table to ask if our sub-parts, where good. The sub itself was not the biggest, but it was really good. Note: It was at noon at 12 o'clock, but space was not busy.

My wife and I came here for lunch with our four children this past Saturday on our way from FL to NC. A few days prior, my wife's purse was stolen, along with her phone, checks, cash, etc. We were traveling back home with a temporary card that kept getting cut off because of our bank thinking it was fraud. After ordering and going to pay, the card wouldn't process again. The owner, Tim, saw my face and my wife and I just utterly worn down from the entire ordeal of being robbed, the travel and so forth. He just gave us the food. We felt so bad taking it but he was insistent. What an amazing person. We had lost a little faith in our fellow man. He helped bring some back. I'll be contacting corporate too but wanted to share this. Thank you!
