Feedback
Bidra med feedbackLast Sunday evening, we visited the drive-thru (1/23) and ordered a sandwich, a half sandwich, and some mac and cheese. The half sandwich I ordered was $7, but when I received it, it was tiny and barely had any filling – it felt more like a $2 sandwich from McDonald's. It was busy, so maybe they were just rushing to prepare it. I went inside to discuss my concerns, and the manager quickly took care of the situation by making me a new and much better sandwich. I really appreciated the excellent service and my feedback being taken seriously. The food turned out delicious, and the service was even better!
Additionally, the lack of paper towels in the women's restroom felt like a lapse in basic service. The napkin dispenser was placed awkwardly, making it easy for napkins to fall onto the floor, which was quite inconvenient. I also noticed that the server coughed into her hand before taking our order and then handled our cups without wearing a mask, which was concerning. Overall, the place isn't terrible; it just didn't meet the standards I'm accustomed to at Panera locations. I'm grateful for the good food (and for the paper towels in the bathroom). After a bit of a wait, I finally managed to get some sweet tea.
