Bidra med feedbackI really was hoping this would be my new favorite place! On 6/24/24, I was on my way back to SC. Was in the mood for an extra special sub. Did some research during my flight and found this place. It looked absolutely charming, and loved the back story! Menu looked great! On the day in question, it had advertised closing time of 9pm. I call at 8:14pm. This is how it went, a voice on the phone answers Hello?, as if I had just wakened them. I pause for a couple seconds, confused. I said, Oh, is this.... Interrupted by Hello Baldinos Oh, Hi I was wanting to order a sub for pick up. What 's the name? Roy, sorry, I 'm just leaving the Savannah airport, I would like to order a #24.....(Interrupted) We are closing soon, if you can 't be here in 20 minutes... So, it 's still 8:14pm, they should know the airport is only 10 minutes away, they close at 9pm. I said, Never mind, I 'll just go somewhere else. They said Okay. , A very rude phone exchange. I don 't need to spend my money there -I can spend it wherever I want. Businesses definitely need my money, and I don 't necessarily need their business. Too bad, I was really looking forward to giving them a try.
Ordered online and they didn’t even know they had online orders . Workers were kind of rude and rushed the order that I paid for . Most of the stuff I got wasn’t good and threw away in the trash . First time trying this place and it is the last time I will ever step foot in that place .
Im not sure what happened to the portions here. Been coming to this Baldinos since I was a kid. Ill be damned if I pay 15 dollars for 3 pieces of meat when its supposed to be one of their biggest subs with extra meat.. They served me the Italian but left out the Battalion. Aint going back here anymore. Things have definitely changed for the worst.. All I taste is BREAD.. Im going to have to go back to Publix for my subs to get my money's worth.
On top of the great food..the customer service is Chefs kiss
Best subs in Pooler!! Love the location off highway 80 connected to the shell station.
