Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen - Pooler

You would think by this place being pooler, Ba that it has some type of quality and value ! It has NONE ! They have you wait at the speaker for over 10-20 minutes due to personal phone calls. Once answered they are very rude as if you're interrupting their day! They are always out of everything ! No shrimp , no spicy tenders , no strawberry biscuits NOTHING ! Sometimes not even napkins ! This is the worst facility in pooler besides Wendy's ! I never seen such bad service and low quality and quantity in food

Stood and waited to dine for quite a while. The staff didn’t even acknowledge that we were standing there. Seemed to be more concerned about the drive thru customers and phone in orders! At least they could have turned around and told us they would be with us soon. Nothing said! Won’t be returning, shocker!!

Left last time I came because no one was getting service at the counter. Decided to try again but put in a mobile order thinking that would be better. Nope! App said could pick up in drive thru but after waiting in the drive thru I was told to come inside for a mobile order. Now I have been standing in an empty lobby for 20 minutes and I still don’t have my order. I would leave again but I have already paid! Don’t waste your time and money

If zero stars were an option, that’s what I’d give. How is this location still in business?! I’m not sure if the employees are slow, or just lazy. Pull up and wait for over 20 minutes only for them to bring the wrong order out. Go inside and fix it and go home, it’s still not even correct and the popcorn chicken is literally just crumbs from the fryer, MAYBE 4 pieces of shrimp total. Can’t get a refund because you can’t get anyone on the phone. This is hands down the worst Popeyes location to ever exist and Pooler could replace this with something much better.

Stupidest Popeyes. Twice now I’ve ordered, paid waiting 15 min for them to tell me they don’t have the food I ordered and they gave me a refund. The manager laughed when the worker told her she forgot to tell me this when I told them I don’t know what they where talking about.
