Bare Bones Fish & Chips - Port Alberni

Fully gluten free menu! It was a great stop on the way to Tofino. The halibut fish and chips were amazing, light and tasty tempura batter. The code bites were ok, they had a different breading.

Most delicious tempura battered halibut and fries. Best we have ever eaten! All menu gluten free! Unique setting in an old church. Perfect stop on the way to Tofino.

Completely gluten free menu!! Fabulous choices and so delicious. I had the Korean BBQ chicken with baked beans, slaw and Parmesan fries. Beautifully presented.

Had a really tasty lunch here! Did not get sick, the entire building is gluten free. The server told me that if they bring something with gluten for their lunch, they have to eat it outside! Amazing! Fish and chips, ribs, seafood chowder, brisket...all gluten free and really good. Will be making the 3 hour drive again just to eat here. It's a must if you're in the area!

Hands down, the best GF fish and chips I've had on Vancouver Island. I'll be stopping there on my way to and from Tofino from now on.
