Mcdonald's - Port Charlotte

When you say mustard and pickle only, you still get lots of cheese. My husband is lactose intolerant! They never make his sandwich correctly. We're done going to McDonald's.

Only good thing this morning was the food order was correct.Issue at hand, coming inside this McDonald’s reeks of feces in lobbyTried to use the restroom but someone decided to use the outside of the toilet and the seat to **** onSpoke to a male employee with a safety vest on to please clean the restroom.Waited for 15 minutes and went to try and use the bathroom… still not clean and asked the employee who stated he cleaned it, well try again there is still **** every where…After asking 2 times to get it clean, I gave up….Staff needs to be trained on how to clean the restrooms and staff seems to not have any motivation to actually work.Based on the poop smell as you go in and the bathrooms with **** on toilet seat and outside of toilet and poop on the floor, I’m never coming back and as for my family who live here full time, not to come to this location.Phone call to health department next.

It's getting better now but there fow awhile this location had absolutely zero customer service partly due to the lack of people that want to work, if it's possible they had negative cs in my opinion The last handful of visits have been waves better

Not what it used to be this place needs management badly. Look at other reviews to see the food they turn out horrible.

No one to take order for 5 minutes. Tables dirty, trays of food left on them, other tables had crumbs and garbage in them. Garbage overflowing. We ordered Big Mac combos with chocolate shakes. Fries warm, were told they would bring out shakes. We finished our dinner and I had to go get our shakes, with one having green ice cream in the bottom. No respect for customers, cleanliness, attitude, ability to perform simple duties. One worker asked if I wanted a dessert instead. Never been there before, never going again. Health department ought to check them out.
