Downtown Dolce - Port Colborne

I had such high expectations for gelato after trying this place. It's far superior to any gelato I've had in Canada. I can't believe it took me this long to discover it.

IL Gelato Di Carlotta is my absolute favorite gelato shop! It is quaint and friendly, and the shop offers top-notch treats.

This gelato place is fantastic! The pistachio and hazelnut flavors were delicious, and the owner was very lively. We will definitely be returning next time.

Stopped in for breakfast on a long weekend getaway. The omelets were fantastic and the coffee was delicious. We had a lovely conversation with the owner. As we enjoyed our breakfast many locals came in so we knew we chose the right place (lol).You can't go wrong with a visit to this gem of a restaurant.

Like the title says our food was terrible, my wife and I have been to Downtown Dolce multiple times and the food was always great, but this is the last time we are going, our eggs were burnt, the bacon was still raw, the sausage was burnt on the outside and raw on the inside and the pancakes still had flour on the inside. Clearly they have a cook that doesn't know how to control their grill top. We will not be recommending this place anymore.
