Peet's Coffee - Port Deposit

Very dirty working conditions. Sausage and egg sandwich was on a stale bagel and missing the egg. Heated up to the point most of the cheese melted out the edge. Coffee was good, but the mixing container for the cold brew fog looked like it was never cleaned.

I tried to order the beverage that is displayed all over the shop but the lady at the front immediately said ?no? haha also I was served an alternative drink in a coke cup? super strange

Would leave less stars if i could. Ordered Americano with steamed half and half. Lady at the counter said nothing charged me 5$. Got something else, asked the barista she goes we don't have half and half. Seriously? And you couldn't say that when i ordered so ill just not buy? Then they were rude about it. Left that drink there and walked out. Rudest people ever, don't bother trying.

I walked in, ordered a holiday spice cold brew coffee latte and wa given a normal coffee, was all good cause it was coffee. but we waited for another 10 minutes for my mothers coffee who she ordered before me, 10 other people got their orders before she did. Then I looked down at my phone and there was marker on it, then I looked at my hands and they were green. My mom VERY politely asked what kind of marker they used on their cups and the lady responded ?Well I don?t know, it?s not permanent.? Very snarky, UN CALLED FOR!! Then she followed up with ?you can always just go wash your hands.?? which- isn?t the point. I should I have marker on my hands after holding a cup of coffee. My mom responded in ?that?s not the point, my daughter shouldn?t have green hands.? This lady proceeds to say ?just take your coffee and go b.I.t.c.h.? this escalated very quickly. As we take our coffee she proceeds to say ?that?s what your husband divorced you!? Yet again?very uncalled for.. all we asked was what kind of marker you used on your coffee cups for it to transfer onto my hands. If you hate your day job that much you should just go and keep your night job if you are to act like that towards a customer for asking a simple question. Very disrespectful and disappointed.
