Davids Restaurant - Port Dover

My favourite restaurant in Dover, no doubt. My friends and I will go on a road trip just to come here and eat. That’s genuinely the purpose of the trip. David’s always has the tastiest food with tremendous service. The plating and cocktails always surprise me. Seldom do restaurants in smaller towns have a solid cocktail list but David’s knows what they are doing.

Returning to a restaurant was such a treat! David's offers a beautiful view and their new patio is stunning. The outdoor kitchen adds to the charm, with fresh, local, and delicious dishes. The cocktails were excellent and the staff was friendly. The Arancini balls were a highlight, as were the new large sharing dishes. I plan to return with friends to try more of the menu. The only downside was drinking wine from a water goblet on the patio, but I am excited to come back soon.

Davids is by far the only restaurant I have consistently visited without encountering any issues. The staff is consistently friendly and willing to assist with anything you need, and the food is exceptional. There is not a single bad item on the menu, and everything is always cooked perfectly. I would highly recommend Davids for any occasion, any day of the week.

On Tuesday night, my date and I enjoyed a great deal at David's restaurant. The view of the lake from our table was stunning and well worth the price. Our meal was delicious and our server, Mckenzie, was excellent. Thanks to her and our friends, we had a fantastic time and a lot of fun. The half-priced house Cabernet was very good, adding to the overall experience. We couldn't have asked for a better night. Well done, David's!
