Tim Hortons - Port Hope

I shouldn't blame the staff. the restaurant is closed due to the lack of personal and the passage works efficiently. However, when I tried to order a snack, I started to feel like the customer in the merchandise business of monty python: they were from the first three things I wanted. then I order a zimtbunk, but when I ate it I found it dry and far from fresh. it was at 7:30 on a Sunday night, but still.

I waited a long time for a bagel, coffee, tea, and cookies. After paying, I was informed that they were out of peanut butter cookies and was not offered a refund.

Lively street, busy parking and not the most beautiful timmies. but they have excellent transit service.

On the basis of their decision to compensate for the minimum wage increase by the punishment of workers, I avoid all costs. the coffee is not so great anyway, even mcdonald’s is better!

Just went to get a breakfast sandwich and a coffee as I work across the street. Instead I was served a huge portion of complete Corporate Incompetence. On a busy Saturday morning, they were undergoing a third party health and safety audit. Auditor was getting...in everybody’s way, clearly moving as slow as only he possibly can and not giving a « F » that a breakfast sandwich took well over 15-20 minutes to put out. Staff could do nothing but try their best and stand out of the way looking completely embarrassed. Hey Tim Horton’s: I’M PAYING FOR THIS! Clearly corporate and management don’t have a clue about customer service. Poor Staff, they deserve much better. Brutal.
