I used to find their prices reasonable compared to supermarkets, but I no longer visit since they've raised the prices far too much.

Staff rude, playing on phone while we wait in line to pay for fuel.

WARNING!! Their 91 unleaded is no longer just 91 unleaded, it now contains up to 10% ethanol written in small writing, not displayed elsewhere but at the bowser where the price is indicated. Note: this is the same as their e10 they are selling but branded as 91 unleaded as informed by BP Head Office.

Very unprofessional and rude worker in Port Kembla BP his name was TJ dont know how to talk with customer last night after fill up fuel went inside to pay he was on PHONE talking very loud and no attention for customer and not listing what am saying I told him to add coffee fuel then he got angry and saying he don't care looks like need to learn manners.

Very poor service, she doesn't know how to operate and showing frustration to me. First have patience and also different machines for cards and she doesn't know how to operate and i had $4 doscount and she didn't gice it to me.
