Wendy's - Port Perry

Every time I've tried this Wendy's drive through it's very frustrating as they cannot get my order right. There are either forgotten items or incorrect food even though we are ordering the basic combos, nothing difficult.It seems like one fellow is trying to do everything himself which causes long waits. Not sure why they can't track the orders properly.I feel bad for the other staff working there as it's probably not their fault. This guy seems to be a control freak.Recommend avoiding this Wendy's and driving to the McDonalds just south of there on Simcoe instead.

Every time I take my kids there the order comes out messed up. Forgotten items and messed up burgers. I hate having to go there when the kids want junk food. Avoid at all costs!

Attached with Tim's. Good selection if foods. Friendly staff. Good selection if foods from tasty burgers to salads to desserts. Drinks to your liking---hit, cold and shakes. Desserts also available. Roomy to eat in---or you can do eat out. Take it to Palmer Park and enjoy by the lake.

If you want actual fast food, go to Tim Hortons. It takes this Wendy's about 7 minutes for a burger and fries. The issue is the lack of staffing. The fries don't seem to cooked for long enough, the staff are very pushy. At my last visit, I was considering what to order when the man at the counter tells me to "Hurry It Up." Needless to say, this is my last time dining here.

I know it is a little odd to rate a Wendys a five star, it is fast food after all. I must say though I never write reviews about fast food places but this experience stood out in my mind. I asked for tea and they were very gracious about it. They handed me a spoon to take the bag out when I wished. The lady at the window was so refreshing and up beat. She was very pleasant to me and did not make me feel like I was putting her out at all. They were fast and efficient and everything was as ordered. Great job!
