They are very efficient. The staff is always friendly.

Dinning area was falling apart holes in the wall of the dinning area booths wornout to the max . Bathroom need to be cleaned no a(renovation). Food was old and burnt like it was reheated. If you have ever reheated fried chicken you know the taste...All around gross ? never again. Oh, let's not forget the cashier that had a rbf the whole time she took out orders. Same cashier was smoking at the entrance as we were walking out... If zero was an option it would definitely have a zero. Must do better Port Richey!

I can't believe this place is still open!!! KFC, you really need an undercover boss!! I ordered a chicken sandwich and fries, but the chicken was old and the fries were soggy. You need to improve your standards.

This KFC was a total disappointment. I was charged $12.29 for a 3 piece meal without a drink, which felt like overcharging. The food was not tasty at all. To top it off, the restaurant was in a terrible condition and I was approached by a beggar asking for money while I was eating.

This KFC store is absolutely terrible and deserves negative 5 stars. I have visited this location 10 times and they never have the food I am trying to order. On the rare occasion they do have the food, they still manage to get my order wrong. Recently, I ordered food through the app at 7:55pm, went to pick it up, and they didn't have any of it ready despite marking it as such. They claimed they gave my food away due to a rush and had closed down the fryer at 8:30, only 35 minutes after I placed my order. They only had 1 out of the 7 items I ordered, and it wasn't even complete. This experience was truly disgraceful.
