Bidra med feedbackI don't know exactly how their name is booked buy Ashley, the storeman, they made my drink and my son, even I don't think and like for most, but while she had the whip and swirl perfect for our drinks. I always ask for additional whip and it is usually unless I ask for a fix, average. But this day was dead on the money perfect starbucks and vanilla bean cream. Thanks also Kennedy for your warm energy, enthusiastic spirit and general hospitality.
I love the wide variety of skinny or light drinks they have. I love that they provide the amount of calorie consumption for every beverage or meal, and you can customize every order you would like. Their service is always on top of things as well, and when I do try my drink, I tend to have a lot of customizations, and I never leave disappointed. Super good lattes and frappuccinos, as well as food!
I wish I knew all their names so I could thank them personally in this review! This team truly deserves recognition for the way they run their business, handle any craziness that comes their way, and collaborate to create such a seamless experience. There was a gentleman in a black cap sitting in the lobby who greeted me with a compliment, just like he did a couple of days ago. Then there’s the tall gentleman at the register who has always been extremely polite during my drive-thru visits, and today he was just as kind and attentive to my order. Samantha, in particular, was as sweet as ever while preparing my drink. I ordered my usual dragon drink with sweet cold foam and extra fruit pieces, and I noticed that she had even drawn a little kitten on my cup. It truly made my day better! I was so touched that they took the time to personalize my drink—it was something I didn’t want to throw away! Thank you to these three amazing employees for your dedication and for creating such a wholesome and happy vibe! I'm thrilled to say that I've finally found my go-to coffee place!
I always have a wonderful experience at this Starbucks. The staff is fantastic, and they promptly replace any items that fall short without hesitation.
Had I brought some cash, I would have loved to tip the staff for their kindness. However, after seeing some recent online discussions about how the app has penalized those working there, I’m hesitant to use it regularly since I sometimes crave something outside their standard offerings. Considering that special orders can cost up to $20 for a single cup of coffee, I still try to avoid peak times; I don’t want to inadvertently cause stress for any employees. I ordered an espresso frappuccino and requested whipped cream as an extra. The staff who served me were absolutely wonderful, and I was truly grateful for their positive attitude. If they can fix the app issues to prevent miscommunication that affects the employees, I would definitely continue using it at this location.
