Nando's Port Shepstone

The delivery guy didn't know how to spell Bazley street, told us about pinetown, got lost... didn't deliver our food for two hours haibo they should make an advert about this delivery guy ,how do you not know about a Mozambique flavor that's on your menu and then he gave us an attitude for his lack of punctuality overall the food was cold when it got to us ...I cannot believe my eyes, I feel like that food critic from ratatouille right now anyways

I have always loved the veggie burger from nandos but this branch’s food every time I have attempted anything from there has been terrible!!! Chicken neck or spine in my veggie burger this last time! Was screamed at by the manager for going to social media when all we did was private message nandos head office directly and still waiting for feedback! Very disappointing and I will never attempt them again. Get your veggie burger from Tiago’s! Much better and absolutely yummy!!!

This is the worst Nandos branch ever. The customer service is terrible. I wish they get a few tips from Nandos shelly beach.

Make sure you order 2 x quarters or half a chicken if you have a good appetite (like me). Lol. The neighborhood is really much smaller now. Hot is no longer so hot and extra hot is perfect yum!! I'm always looking for extra sauce service was great, clean sitting area. I will visit again
