Bidra med feedbackI had a terrible experience at this restaurant due to the owner, Janet. She was incredibly unprofessional, screaming at her employees at the top of her lungs without any regard for their dignity. This isn’t the first time I’ve witnessed her inappropriate behavior. I’m not sure who manages her, but she needs to be removed immediately. No manager should treat their staff this way, especially in front of customers. It’s unacceptable to run around acting like a maniac, yelling at employees, or throwing them out. Janet should go!
This place has really gone downhill. Just five minutes ago, we walked in and were hit with a strong smell of dirty mop water and bleach, so we decided not to stay. If they can’t keep the floors clean, how can I trust that the rest of the restaurant is up to par?
The staff could benefit from additional training. They weren't very friendly and didn't offer a greeting or a thank you. I noticed there were no lids on the drinks or napkins unless they were requested, which surprised me. I expected napkins to be provided automatically with quick food orders, but that wasn't the case here!
They closed at 11. waited in line 15 minutes only to say 9:43, they were closed. thanks dq! we spent our time and gas money to drive to them. beautiful work ethic of their employees and obviously completely lack of good administration.
When u walk in a store even if they not ready to serve someone should acknowledge you there. Hi ill be right with u i was there for a good 10 minutes they was walking back in forte laughing with each other didn't say a word to us.
