Kfc - Port St. Lucie

I am always satisfied when I visit this restaurant! The service is speedy and friendly, and the food is delicious. Shameeka, who works at the drive-thru window, is exceptional and truly goes above and beyond for customers.

I placed my order online and arrived on time, only to be told there would be a 10-minute wait. When my order was finally ready, I was informed that they were out of the original item I ordered and replaced it with extra crispy because it was the only option available. I was disappointed to find that there were no napkins, utensils, butter, or honey provided. The restaurant appeared to be poorly managed with terrible customer service. Additionally, I observed three other customers being treated poorly in the dining room.

I have reported this location to KFC corporate. The order taker was extremely incompetent and the machine to make original recipe chicken was not working. I had to settle for extra crispy chicken, which was burnt and dry. Additionally, they gave me cold fries, cold mashed potatoes with gravy, and cold macaroni and cheese.

If I could leave less than one star i would. Our family got home late and specifically looked on line for fried chicken that was open near us. We drive over 25 minutes to get a bucket meal for 6 and was told when we arrived that the taco bell side was onlybeing offered. Absolutely rediculous. Customer service is at an all time low....you need to step it up KFC!!!! Totallydisappointed all around.

This place is trash. Waited 20 mins to get the window. Another 30 waiting in the parking lot for my food. Only to get a chicken breast the size of a small thigh and a leg the size of a wing. Then they had the audacity to offer me an extra mash which waslike water with gravy in it. This is not the 1st time something similar to this happened here. NEVER again. Hope this savessomeone in the near future.
