Mcdonald's - Port St. Lucie

I used to work at this restaurant 25 years ago. I was falsely accused of stealing from the bank, but it was actually the new girl who did it. It's ironic because I was one of the friendliest and smartest people there. Today, I am confident that I am more successful than any of you. I hope you feel terrible. The food you serve is disgusting and unhealthy. The only positive thing about this experience is that it has kept me from ever setting foot in this dump again.

I waited 30 minutes for my curb-side mobile order, then went inside where it took them 10 minutes to realize they had received it but not filled it. My order, along with another customer's, waited for 30 minutes for 2 breakfast sandwiches. The manager did not allocate resources properly, causing delays multiple times. Despite asking for a refund, the manager did not apologize or offer any excuse. This seems to be a management issue, as the Team Members were working hard.

The service was quick, but they have definitely lost my business. It was as if they didn't care about their job. McDonald's is famous for their Big Mac, but I'm not sure what they called it. Maybe "helpeda"?

3 customers came in behind me we were all told to use the kiosk to order our food, as the registers were closed for service. Upon using the kiosk the screen went blank after completing the order and we had to begin all over again which was very time consuming, for a fast food restaurant of course. Some 9f the customers were not familiar with the kiosk, so we asked one of the employees, a male for help, he was of no assistance, he did not want to assist at all ? gave us all a poor excuse, however, a female cashier came through and was very pleasant very helpful, took the time to assist? the meal was very lukewarm but the service was fairly quick. Spoke with the manager, addressed our issues, he said he would handle the situation by speaking with the rude male employee. I'm thinking I will take my business elsewhere!

It's McDonald's. Not great food but prices can't be beat. Y'all have been there, done that so you know exactly what you are getting. It was refreshing to have super friendly folks at the window. Drive thru great considering it was peak time.
