Wendy's - Port St. Lucie

I would give this restaurant zero stars for their service. Despite being quiet on a Saturday morning, it took us 30 minutes to place our order and receive our food. The staff was incredibly slow and seemed incompetent.

This restaurant has the worst service I have ever experienced. The staff is incredibly slow, like they are world champions in being slow. The kiosk machines were not working properly. There were over 15 people waiting for their orders and five more waiting to even try to place an order. Even though it's supposed to be fast service, it took over 20 minutes just to place an order and then another 30 minutes for the food to arrive. People were getting frustrated and leaving without their orders. It was clear that the kitchen was overwhelmed, with the "preparing" side of the order screen completely full and the "ready" side empty.

This restaurant operates at a slow pace. I would not recommend stopping here if you, like many others who work, are in a hurry.
