Erbelli's Gourmet Pizzeria, Italian Bistro Pub!

Definitely the best pizza, extremely friendly staff and the drinks never disappoint!

Cannot rate the food highly as we didn't receive any. Can't rate the atmosphere because we ordered delivery. I can accurately rate the service as low because 20 minutes after placing our order, the order was cancelled with no explanation. The only positive thing of note was that the charge was reversed from my credit card after a few days. Kid-friendliness: It wasn't very friendly for our kids that they cancelled our order.

We used to like this place. Seems like they have changed their crust to a premade. We ordered a margarita pizza and it was awful. The Toppings fell off the crust as we were trying to cut into it. The cheese was like rubber circles. We won’t be back, inflation is coming to cheap and awful quality that will ultimately kill your business.

Excellent food as usual. Waitress was friendly and courteous, but she was the only one on duty in the dining area, so she was working very hard to catch up from the lunch rush (I admired her attitude and work ethic).

Visited Erbelli’s last night and was left extremely dissatisfied. Our server practically ignored us throughout our visit, making us feel like an inconvenience rather than guests. The pizza, which took an unreasonable amount of time to arrive given the restaurant's quiet state, was served at room temperature.Further souring the experience, my wife's order was misunderstood, and when we politely raised the issue, the response was confrontational rather than apologetic. Having worked in the service industry myself, I find such an approach unacceptable. A token gesture of removing a dollar from our bill did little to amend the situation, especially as it was presented in a manner that implied the fault was ours.This experience was a stark reminder of how crucial respectful and understanding customer service is, and unfortunately, Erbelli’s fell woefully short. Would not recommend.
