Gloria Jean's Coffee - Portage

Large coffee vanilla latte with oat milk and honey cashier was very outpatient and on board rude, with a t-shirt that was longer then the shorts I hope she had on. I understand the times are difficult and the staff is short. Just try a little friendly and have some patience for people who are ready to spend over $7 for coffee!

I've gone here for about 3 or 4 years ago and I love it. I prefer their coffee over anything from Starbucks or Biggbys! The staff are pretty good, yeah they sometimes talk a bit too much with each other but you almost always get what you ordered within 5-10 minutes. They're really nice for the most part and if you are wanting to try something new they'll help you choose a drink that's too your liking.

Friendly staff and fast service, this place is not disappointed. Compared to Starbucks, maybe better. If you go to Crossroads Mall, make sure to get that and maybe check Tradehome shoes, it's right around the corner. Friendly staff at the mall.

I'm not the biggest fan of Gloria Jean's coffee chain, but if you want to drink a pretty coffee, I think they serve nice! You also have sugar-free options and non-coffee options. If you like their coffee, you can even buy some to bring home! I also like their coffee mugs and other items for sale.

I just can’t get into the trend of popular coffee chains like Biggby and Beaners. I’d much prefer a cooler drink from Gloria Jean’s! Their cold beverages are simply the best. Plus, they offer a wide variety of KCUPS and new coffees to make at home. All the hot coffees at Gloria Jean’s are fantastic as well, but I’m all about the fast service and refreshing cold drinks. I’m sold!
