We hosted a surprise birthday party here and it went off without a hiccup. Pohlk's was a great place to host this event. It is more than just a bar. They did an amazing job with the food. The nacho bar was everyone's favorite. We came in early to decorate and they accommodate us by allowing us to move tables and games. There is a stage to utilize. Bartenders were rocking it with the drink orders. The owners were very understanding, accommodating, offered a variety of options. If you are hosing any event; birthday, bridal shower, reunions, I highly recommend Pohlk's. Kids were allowed as long as they didnt sit at the bar. Prices are better than anyother place in Portage!!! Give them a call!!

Fun local joint, very friendly!! Chatted with Adam who was super charming and speedy quick with our dinner order. I had the nacho cheese burger wrap GET IT!! It's so nice to to try a new place where everyone is super friendly along with a great meal! Reasonable prices, clean organized front and back of the bar. There's a pool table, many tv's, comfy bar stools that's most important ; Over all great experience and a pleasure. We'll be back! Good prices and pour.

Adam, Brad and the rest of the staff do a great job runnin the place. Food is always good and the drinks are strong and well priced. Love how the kitchen stays open until bar time.
