Casa Da Acorda - Portel

I only called in for a coffee, water and a snack, so am unable to comment on the food. The service was good and the coffee was excellent. I wish I'd asked the waitress what brand of coffee they serve. There was a large patio area outside, where the table were social distanced. The toilets were clean and hand sanitiser was available.

Very expensive, food mediocre quality, wine not good. Horrible experience. Never again. Much better restaurants in the village.

Nice place to eat, we were a group of 5 people and order Açorda de Cação typical recipe from the area, good portion for two, with bread, fish and boiled egg, and fish stock with coriander delicious and well prepared! My friends had meat carne de porco à alentejana and largartos (grilled pork) the recommended wine was delicious red from the area! Not too expensive as we had shared all dishes.

Loved it! Food excellent, wine good. Fair price too.

As açordas estavam bem confeccionadas e a Susana tratou- nos com todo o carinho. Voltaremos.
