Checkers - Porter

The staff of these checkers in Porter was super friendly. The service was quite fast, especially that I visited during the lunch break. My food was hot and fresh. I always enjoy their burgers and their super hot, fresh and well seasoned pommes. The new garlic butter Buford is also great. I am delighted that more and more checkers are being built in this area.

Last night, I had an unfortunate experience at a restaurant. I ended up at Checkers around 9:30 PM, and I have to say, the person at the drive-thru was incredibly nice and helpful—his name might have been Damarion. His warmth was refreshing and greatly appreciated after my prior disappointing experience.

Everything was good, but the fries could have been cooked a little longer.

Food Review: The fries weren't as crispy as I remember from previous visits, but they were well-seasoned. The burgers are still quite good, although they seem to be cooked quickly from frozen to keep up with demand. Location: very clean and tidy.
