They answered my question s easily and gave me awesome suggestions for what to try! Ultimately, I ordered the mermaid smoothie and it was amazing! Lots of healthy ingredients and such a pretty drink to boot! I will definitely be back

This is one of my fave spots in Wilmington and I don't know how there isn't a line out the door every time I go. They make gorgeous Instagram worthy smoothie bowls, have awesome iced coffee, and the folks behind the counter couldn't be friendlier. Plus everything is compostable which is always appreciated. I've had the mermaid bowl and the blue bowl both are fantastic but I favor the blue bowl just a tad, that charcoal granola is amazing. Love the coconut whipped cream on the bowls too. This place is such a healthy treat!

I have only been here a couple of times but each time was great. The place is ver clean and nice inside. The owners are the ones who take care of you and are very kind, patient, and help you with narrowing down what yo try. The mermaid bowl is so good! Everything always tastes so fresh! I also love the avocado toast and mango matcha smoothie. It is a little pricey but not for what you get. The proportions are great, and as I said, everything is fresh and tastes great. My Husband and I were visiting Wilmington NC for the first Time and as Vegans we found this cute spot and absolutely loved the food and smoothies here! We had to come back to take some on our journey back home. The Mango Pineapple smoothie and avocado toast are delicious! I definitely recommend this awesome restaurant in Wilmington NC.

I absolutely adore this place! The food is not only fresh and delicious, but also healthy. The service here is warm and inviting. The bowls are fantastic, and I feel like you get great value for your money. I always recommend this small business to everyone I know, and they’ve all loved it too. I've tried the smoothies, toasts, and various bowls, and my favorites are definitely the Acai bowl and the peanut butter and jelly bowl. You can tell they take pride in every aspect of their business. The restaurant is consistently clean, and I appreciate their commitment to using recycled and sustainable products whenever possible. They truly care about both the community and the environment.
