I had a mix-up with my child's birthday cake, but they resolved the issue the very next day and even included a gift card for the inconvenience! The customer service was excellent!

I had the chance to try several different flavors before making my choice. The staff member was extremely friendly and polite. The only reason I didn't give it five stars is that there isn't a bathroom available for washing my hands before eating.

I love their ice cream! The staff is always welcoming and friendly. I'm glad they require everyone to wear masks.

I recently visited this location and explained that I was not happy with the drink they made and they were very good about replacing it and it was made just the way I like it if you have a receipt they will replace it with no problem but upon reading people's reviews we have to understand that people do just call In to get free things so as a business they have to see proof of purchase or they could lose there buisness so let's be fair when we are rating them .A receipt is not much to ask for if your asking them to replace something you purchased they are very good.
