Cassidy's Restaurant - Portland

We enjoyed Portland dining week here. Loved the two entree options! Desert was really good as well. First courses were pretty good. Did not enjoy the cocktails as much as I would have liked the to for $11. Overal 4/5 stars

We had a team happy hour there on a Wednesday at 5. It was easy to make reservations online and they were happy to reserve a table even though it was happy hour. There were about 8 of us and each of us had a couple drinks. We shared 6 or 7 appetizers. The waitress was amazing and attentive. Later I sat at the bar and had dinner. The hush puppies are fantastic, very soft and light inside and just the right amount of salty crunch on the outside. Loved the service at the bar including Brad! I'll be back.

This was my first time to Cassidy's, and I will definitely be back. We had French onion soup, crab cakes, the Cassidy burger, and petit steak salad. All was delicious. The staff was welcoming and service excellent. The owner stopped by our table to say hello. Always the sign of a good restaurant when the owner is present and engaging. We will definitely be back!
