Fried Egg I'm In Love - Portland

I ordered the Free Range Against The Machine, with pork sausage added. The line to order had three folks in front of me, order taker was nice, friendly, and helpful. Twenty minutes later, after a good deal of people watching, i received my order, walked back to my office, and opened my order. There was no sausage, as I'd ordered extra. I'm pretty disappointed. It was my first experience here, and I feel like if you cannot listen to your customers, then what's the point?! I really wanted to like this place.Vegetarian options: There was vegan sausage listed on their menu. I didn't get to try it.

I know Portland has unlimited options for delicious breakfast but my husband and I really enjoyed this sandwich shop. Everything tasted super fresh and everything was really well seasoned. I loved the hash bites and my sandwich was sooo good. I got just a regular egg, cheese, and bacon sandwich and it was fire.

No doubt this food truck provides one of the most delicious fried egg sandwiches you can ever have. On top of that, there is their exceptional service, I mean come on, having your sandwiches ready in under 10 min while there is a long queue waiting to order others waiting for their orders. Sandwich is absolutely delightful. The savory Sriracha mix-a-lot was packed with flavor...sweet, salty, and spicy. The slight crunch of slice bread provided good texture to the bit.Food: 5/5

Loved the cashier, they were so nice and friendly to me. They were also very giving and kind, I bought an orange juice for someone and they just gave it to me for free. The sandwich was DELICIOUS! We shared one sandwich between the two of us and just added extra egg. 10/10Food: 5/5
