Bidra med feedbackVery charming and friendly barista. He chose our drinks for us as we had not been here before. Great sense of what people will like, and great conversation while he whips up the delicious drinks. The cafe is built inside an old freight elevator and is a definite must visit in my book.
This was my favorite vanilla latte that I had while I was in Portland. I drank probably 20 from different places. The man who owns the place is very friendly and will give you plenty of places to visit while you're there. Screw googling where to go while in Portland, just go ask him and tell him what you enjoy doing. Highly recommend
We stopped here for an afternoon delight and it did not disappoint. The guy behind the counter was fluent in witty banter and advanced in making coffee. I went out on a limb and got the chili-mex and it was absolutely incredible. The double espresso was also delicious and reasonably priced.
Just found this place today. The barista was the best!!! He was such a character and really brightened my morning up. The chili-mex was exactly the kind of coffee that I've been looking for. I love a little kick to my coffee!
I absolutely love the cozy, welcoming atmosphere of this restaurant. The space is quite small, with just three tables and some additional bench seating, but instead of feeling cramped, it exudes the warmth and charm you would expect from a coffee house. Picture warm, exposed wood and beams, original metal trusses, and exposed brick, all complemented by some modern touches. Marco, who I assume is the owner, is fantastic! He has a unique way of making you feel like you're the only customer in the café with his kindness and warmth. I ordered an Americano and thoroughly enjoyed the roast. I only wish I had discovered this place sooner, as it has quickly become my new favorite spot. Please support this wonderful café; it’s a true gem in Portland!
