Pepino’s has maintained great quality for decades. The restaurant is charming, and they are generous with portions and extra chips. My favorite restaurant on 23rd!
Yay! Affordable, tasty food! The staff is super friendly, and the portions substantial. Kind of hard to find these days. 14 bucks for two tacos, a beer, and chips?! Sign me up.
Staff were friendly and food was delicious. Minor complaint of sticky, wobbly table but not the end of the world.
