Bidra med feedbackWent to the newly re opened Schmizza on NE Broadway this weekend. New owners are super friendly really did a great job cleaning up the place. They welcomed us when we walked in, had a few different pizzas by the slice and a good selection of beer on tap. Try the Nashville Hot Chicken pizza (I’m vegetarian so just had cheese, but my hubby said it was great . Lots of TVs featuring many different games. They also have trivia and karaoke certain nights. I think we found a new hangout spot I encourage others in the neighborhood to support this locally owned restaurant/bar!! (And..Conveniently located near the moda center for Blazer games concerts!
A nice spot in the Lloyd district! Great ambiance and vibe! I came to grab a quick slice and watch a game and ended up staying longer and returning again a week later. Pizza is super yummy. There’s a nice bar with good selection of beers. I met both the partner business owners and they’re great: really focused on creating a great space for Lloyd district. Plenty of big screens if you want to watch a game but they don’t dominate the space if sports isn’t your thing. I had given up on Lloyd area but now schmizza gives me reasons to head over
The pizza was fantastic! I tried the veggie pizza topped with spinach, tomatoes, and feta, and it was delicious. The service was friendly and incredibly pleasant. This place has a relaxed vibe, and I’ll definitely be returning for another slice and a beer!
Great atmosphere! It definitely captures the quirky spirit of Portland! I really enjoy their vegetarian pizza and Greek salad! My son also tried the pepperoni rolls, which he loved. The waitress was friendly and attentive, ensuring we were well taken care of. I would definitely return!
I ordered takeout on Saturday night and dined in with my son on Sunday to watch some football. The Schmeatball sub from Saturday was incredible—it must have had at least eight meatballs! Not only were they large, but the flavor was fantastic as well. On Sunday morning, we tried the FooFoo and Genoa pizzas, both of which had a crispy crust and amazing taste. The owner was actively working the floor, which really showed his dedication to ensuring everything was done right. I'm in town until Tuesday, and I’ll probably stop by again.
