Starbucks - Portland

Drinks. Drinks. Sweet, tart, iced, hot. Sometimes I get one, sometimes another. No matter what, the baristas there are happy to help. Get it to go I do but I see others take a seat and chill a few, alone or with company. It's a stop designed to please. Located on Hayden Island, a drive through is available if you want. Me, I usually prefer the inside experience. Parking lot is small and tricky to navigate. Mustn't be in a hurry to visit this one. It's tucked into a corner that once had a Denny's which has moved to where a Newport Bay restaurant once was. I liked the vibes and prompt service. I'll be back. And, so I was. This time meeting a friend. Nice new tables and chairs with new arrangement.

This Starbucks is pretty typical of the chain. The service was quick when there wasn't a line, and the drinks tasted just like those at any other location. I ordered the purple drink, and it was a decent refresher. The baristas were friendly, and the location is convenient, especially with the drive-thru option.

I placed a fairly complicated order, and the staff was very polite and accommodating. They managed everything with ease. Thank you!
