Uncle Tsang's Kitchen Food Trailer

When I visit the food stand for Chinese takeout, I anticipate generous portions of flavorful dishes served at lightning speed by no-frills Chinese "aunties and uncles" (or "buds" when they speak Cantonese). I'm happy to report that Uncle Tsang has met this expectation every time I've been there.

That's fantastic! I can't wait to come back soon. They really went above and beyond to accommodate my food sensitivity by making a fresh batch of something they typically have pre-prepared. I truly appreciate that. The potstickers were delicious and packed with flavor, and my table's consensus was that the noodles were the best they had ever tasted. We tried the sesame tofu, which was excellent, and the Kung Pao Brussels sprouts were a delightful surprise! Many reviews often mention that traditional dishes should be vegetarian-centric, and I thought it was a brilliant way to make vegetables the star of the meal. Absolutely amazing! I’m looking forward to trying their other vegetarian options, especially the "boobs," which is a favorite of mine. The staff was friendly, the value was great, and everything came out hot and quickly. What more could you ask for?

The menu has so many choices that it's hard to decide. I appreciate they note which dishes are spicy. I ordered the teriyaki beef with noodles. Good ratio of beef to noodles, but I would have preferred more broccoli. It's enough food for two meals.
