Zien Hong - Portland

I'm 29 at the time of this writing, and I've been going to this place since I was a wee tot.

Unfortunately, I will not be going back here The egg rolls and sauce smelled absolutely terrible No, really, smelled like an unclean bathroom.

My favorite item on their extensive menu is the sliced sweet lime fish (boneless) with broccoli.

Other than the parking situation which I find parking behind the building in the neighborhood the easiest. I always enjoy getting my food from here, decently priced and of course enough portions to have leftovers. Having tried a couple of their specials as well, it's always good to see what's new on the menu.

We've ordered to-go from Zien Hong about 10 times in the past two years. The wait tends to be about 10 minutes longer than the restaurant quotes. However, the food comes out hot each time! We dislike that rice is not included with entrees and dishes are $2-3 more since the pandemic. No other restaurant in town beats their salt and pepper squid, salt and pepper shrimp, and beef green beans which is why we keep coming back!
